Sunny Hostin is an American lawyer, journalist, television host, and author. She is currently a co-host, and legal analyst on the ABC daytime talk show The View. Prior to joining The View, Hostin was a senior correspondent and legal analyst for CNN. Hostin was born in the Bronx, New York, and raised in Queens. She is of Puerto Rican descent and received her B.A. from Notre Dame Law School in 1995 and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1996.

She revealed how she started adding meat to her diet and became a part of the Whole 30 program,” Sunny Hostin says, ”Thank you, I had to start eating some meat because of my anemia. But I am on the @whole30 program.” She further added, “I’m not a big fan of processed meats, so I try to get my protein from sources like chicken, fish, and eggs. I’ve also been incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet and drinking a lot more water.” Hostin says that she has noticed a difference in her energy levels since making these changes to her diet. Apparently, she feels so much healthier and has more energy.
