Ben’s main goal was not to lose weight. he just wanted to be healthy. But when you eat healthily and follow a certain workout routine your body starts showing results automatically. When he started his weight loss journey he weigh around 335 pounds. First, he turned Vegan, and To lose weight Ben started cutting Carbs and Calories but was also doing weights and cardio at the Gym. He started waking up at 4:30 pm in the morning and played basketball every day for cardio. He also did some intermittent fasting for a couple of days over several weeks. “The most challenging part has been the craft services at work and catered lunches. Fifteen years ago, you give me snacks all day and a catered lunch, I’d be in heaven, but while filming Season 3, it was torture,” he said. But eventually Ben ended up losing 55 pounds of body weight.
