It may seem contradictory, but if you aren't eating enough of the correct foods, you won't be able to lose weight. When you eat is more important than what you consume.

You will need to eat less if your digestion is bad or if you have a habit of eating when you are not truly hungry.
You're exercising too much.
You're exercising too much. We can actually end up doing more damage than good.
You're not sleeping enough.
If you don't get enough sleep or go to bed too late, it can interfere with your ability to maintain a healthy weight.
Bad digestion is the root of all diseases and conditions. When you are eating the wrong food at the wrong time or you do not follow any of these examples you will be causing food to be improperly digested. When food is improperly digested... "AMA" is created. Ama is the precursor to most diseases.
