When I was searching for Lawsuits against the 1st Phorm, I found a warning letter issued by the FDA in reference to serious violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) and applicable regulations. In the Warning Letter, it was mentioned that FDA has found the company guilty of “Unapproved New Drugs / Misbranded Drugs” and “Adulterated Dietary Supplements”. The Warning Letter was dated July 29, 2021.

In further research, I found another Warning Letter against the 1st Phorm LLC. It was a NOTICE OF VIOLATION OF CALIFORNIA HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 25249.5 ET SEQ from Environmental Research Center, Inc. The notice was in reference to the violations of California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

And as the matter of fact, there were also some Lawsuits against the company I have found in my research. Recently a complaint was filed by ROBERT WENDT in California against 1ST PHORM INTERNATIONAL, LLC on March 30, 2022.
